Giving suggestion on slope upgrading works.
Preparing design calculation for modification of the parapet wall on roof and metal screen on boundary wall for submission to the Buildings Department (BD).
Providing site supervision for construction, Drainage, Site Formation and Site Foundation Work in compliance with the Buildings Ordinance.
Attending site progress meeting.
providing contract administration including issue of payment certification, defect list, certifictae of practical completion, etc.
Assisting in submission of as-built record to Lands Department upon completion of work.
Assisting in application for Occupation Permit from the BD.
